Stipe Miocic is the most successful heavyweight in UFC history, and he did it while working as a firefighter and paramedic in Ohio. His four title defenses stand as the division record, built on a foundation of Division I wrestling and Golden Gloves boxing. He defeated Daniel Cormier twice, finished Fabricio Werdum in Brazil, and knocked out Alistair Overeem in front of his hometown crowd.
