Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson was the technical wizard of MMA, a fighter whose understanding of distance, timing, and positioning bordered on genius. At 5'3", he shouldn't have been able to dominate larger men, but his 11 title defenses at flyweight tied the UFC record. He could wrestle, strike, submit opponents - and do it all while barely breaking a sweat. His suplex-to-armbar finish of Ray Borg might be the most spectacular submission in UFC history.
