Biography

Caeleb Dressel explodes off the blocks like no one else in swimming. His starts are so fast, his underwater dolphin kicks so powerful, that races are often decided before the first turn. Five golds in Tokyo established him as the dominant sprinter of his generation, following in the footsteps of Phelps and Lochte. The 50-meter freestyle world record holder has made the shortest race in swimming his personal showcase. Intense and focused, Dressel has battled mental health challenges while maintaining his place at the top of the sport. When he's on form, nobody catches him.
